Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. There is a rare chance that our system may fail to function correctly in that case we will handle the refund manually within maximum 10 business/non business days.

3. Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
